We have a whole host of recognition initiatives for our employees that aim to reward staff for doing a great job. These initiatives comprise of a monthly recognition scheme, an annual awards ceremony, quarterly published recognition of letters of praise in Connect magazine as well as local team meetings where our staff are recognised by their managers.
