Morrison has pioneered a new way of delivering maintenance work in domestic properties – that’s Carbon Neutral Repairs. The idea is that we perform certain environment improvement works at the same time as either a routine repair or a void property refurbishment. This is a long term objective as nobody can really define ‘carbon neutral’ and we hope one day to offer a carbon neutral repair as standard.
