My Story:

In my role at Morrison I am responsible for dealing with all customer liaison needs on the contract, including complaints and issues that arise on the contract every day. I have only worked for Morrison for a few months but I really enjoy working closely with the tenants and the Morrison team to resolve issues quickly and to everyone’s satisfaction. The variety of the work is also really attractive to me, no two days are the same and there are always new challenges to face. The Redbridge team works really hard so it not difficult to get any problems that arise resolved quickly.

To be an effective resident liaison manager you have to have patience, a good sense of humour, commitment and a determination to getting things done. The ability to communicate is the most essential skills for the job, as you deal with such a wide variety of people and each has their own requirements and needs. Making sure these needs are met and customers are satisfied is the most rewarding part of the job.

After a busy day at work, I really enjoy relaxing with my friends either watching a good film or just having a chat and a glass of wine!
